At 2:44 am Sunday morning, on October 27, 2024, multiple units were dispatched to the 3000 block of Chase Street, for a structure fire. Crews found the fire burning on the rear deck of the house, and it was quickly extinguished. One door and one window were damaged at the rear of the home and needed to be boarded up, while no other damage was known. Lakewood police were called for traffic control & safety measures.
