West Metro Fire E12 and M12 was dispatched to a two-car collision, located at S. Simms St. and West Temple Dr., at 4:58 pm. Multiple JeffCo sheriff officers closed north bound S. Simms and redirected traffic on to west bound West Temple Dr. or allowed u-turns.

The driver of a white Toyota SUV stopped and used his vehicle to divert traffic around the accident, until given the ‘ok’ to leave the scene. No major injuries occurred to the involved parties and the scene was officially closed at closed at 5:17 pm.
